In the first decade of post-independence ‘The Veraval Education Society’ was incorporated by the elite and eminent personalities of Veraval. Founder president Dr. R.G.Tanna served for 67 years and contributed his best to develop the ‘The Veraval Education Society’ from primary section which started in 1955 to Post graduate programme M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses.
